The North West Sound Archive sell a superb "Whitsuntide" theme pack. This consists of a booklet and two cassettes. One contains oral history recordings (inevitably of poor quality) and the other contains high quality recordings made in Saddlworth on Whit Friday. The latter tape captures the Whit Friday atmosphere beautifully.
